What is it?

There’s a major difference between creating choreography and creating something for the screen. This lab is built for dancers and emerging creatives who want practical experience in how movement, camera, framing and storytelling work together.

Choreography

Workshops and creative development with Neil O’Brien, building movement designed specifically for camera.

Cinematography

Hands-on production sessions covering framing, visual language, camera movement and screen-led performance.

Real Output

The goal is practical experience and usable reel-style video content, not just a class with no final result.

The Team

Built around choreography, camera and production working together from the start.

Choreography

Neil O’Brien

Leading the movement creation and choreography process, with the piece built specifically for the screen.

Cinematography

Jacek / Fruit Frame Media

Guiding the visual language, camera movement, framing, participation and practical film production elements through Fruit Frame Media and Fade Street Studios.

Production & Industry

Chris Dylus / XOD

Connecting dancers, creators and production through Fade Street Studios, XOD, Fruit Frame Media and industry experience.
